    • FINISHING

  • Our automated 3 Stage Powder Coating line can coat parts 60" high x 24" wide to 96" in length. Robotically positioned automatic guns as well as manual touch up operation.
  • E Coating in either acrylic or epoxy finish.

    • FORMING

  • Precision Forming in lengths up to 16',400 Ton with many fast change over dies available to form custom shapes. Presses dynamically adapt to material thickness changes during the production run.
  • Salvagnini Automated Panel Bender, the ultimate machine for forming trays and panels with multiple bend radii. High tolerance parts can be producted accurately and rapidly without multiple setups (unique capability).
  • Corner Former. Draw forms seamless panel corners up to 1" tall (unique capability).

    • LASER PROCESSING

  • Up to 5/8" mild steel, 3/16" aluminum, 1/4" stainless steel. Dual pallet capacity: 6' x 12'.
  • Ultra fast linear driven laser cutting (unique capability).
  • Automated removal of laster oxide edges available (unique capability).

    • PUNCHING

  • Salvagnini S4 punch/right angle shear allows high volume finished blank productions previously unavailable from standard turrets or lasers (unique capability).
  • CNC Hydraulic and Mechanical Turret Presses able to process 48" x 120" sheets.
  • A variety of unitized tooling for gang punching.

    • SAWING, DRILLING, & THREADING
